No Unexpected Expenses

When buying a home there are many unexpected expenses that seem to always come up, wheather it be closing costs, Realtor & lawyer fees, moving expenses and the list goes on and on. The last thing you want is to find out that the home you just bought needs major repair due to a problem that was never brought-up prior to the purchasing of the home. These problems are now up to the new home owner to pay for, but many problems can be averted by hiring a Licensed Home Inspector prior to buying a home.
